The Hope One Van

The Morris County Sheriff’s office in partnership with the Mental Health Association of Morris County, Morris County Prevention is Key and their Center for Addiction Recovery, Education and Success (CARES).

The Hope One Van will be at different locations each week, so check the schedule below.

Hope One will be at different locations each week providing support for those individuals struggling with addiction. The mobile Hope One access center will be equipped with several different resources like meal vouchers, Narcan kits, linkage to services including treatment, recovery support, behavioral health and much more. Onboard Hope One will be a Licensed Clinician, a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, and a plain clothed officer helping those needing recovery assistance.

The mission of drug courts is to stop the abuse of opioid drugs and related criminal activity.

Drug courts are a highly specialized team process within the existing Superior Court structure that addresses nonviolent drug-related cases. They are unique in the criminal justice environment because they build a close collaborative relationship between criminal justice and drug treatment professionals.
